absolute refusal

I refuse to settle. If I want to do what I love, so be it. I will do what I love. If that means risking everything else in my life for it, so be it. If it means risking my sanity and normal levels of stress, so be it. If it means being misunderstood, so be it. If it means being questioned over and over again, so be it. It’s what I want. I want to do what I love and be the person I always wished to be. I refused to settle because that would be a life not worth living. I will live life my way. No matter what the circumstances around me say, I will be stubborn. I will be pigheaded. I will be resilient. I will be focused. Because I refuse to settle.
